The Gütersloh Composting Plant
After the construction of the composting plant in Gütersloh in 1992 and its expansion in 1996, the plant processed about 22,500 tonnes of compost and biological residue per year in the beginning. With numerous modernisation measures and expansions, about 280t are now processed each day. The location is known in the entire region today as KOMPOPARK Gütersloh.
The Nieheim Composting Plant
With 13 rotting tunnels and the most modern plant technology, the composting plant in Nieheim is the reference facility of Kompotec. With a throughput of between 30 and 60 tonnes each hour, the plant is one of the largest operations in Germany. Alongside the production of humus and earth products, the Nieheim location produces high-quality biogas.

The Harsewinkel Recycling Centre connected to the Kompopark is available to the citizens and business people of the region for the delivery of diverse types of waste.
The Halle-Künsebeck Depot
This depot is available to the citizens and business people of the region for the depositing of biological residue materials in cooperation with the Kompopark in Gütersloh.
